Venture XIII CLO directed to redeem class A-R notes on March 13

Olympia, Wash., March 3 – Venture XIII CLO, Ltd./Venture XIII CLO, Corp. said holders of a majority of its subordinated notes directed it to redeem its $362.5 million class A-R notes (Cusips: 92329NAN0, G9338YAG7) in whole from refinancing proceeds on March 13.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

The collateral manager is New York-based MJX Venture Management LLC.
