Thailand’s Noble Development plans up to 3 billion baht debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 11 – Noble Development PCL is proposing to issue up to 3 billion baht of debentures with terms of up to five years, according to a notice.

The debentures may be denominated in baht or other currencies.

Proceeds will be used for the company’s operations, expansion, working capital, loan repayment and other purposes.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming meeting.

The property developer is based in Bangkok.
