BlackRock intends to conduct offering of notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 16 – BlackRock Inc. intends to offer dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The investment management company is based in New York.
