BlackRock adds David Delbos to high-yield portfolio management teams

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 20 - BlackRock Series Fund, Inc. and BlackRock Funds II announced the addition of David Delbos to the portfolio management team of the BlackRock High Yield Portfolio and the BlackRock High Yield Bond Portfolio, respectively, according to separate 497 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, Delbos joins James Keenan, Mitchell Garfin and Derek Schoenhofen in managing the funds' portfolios.

Wilmington, Del.-based BlackRock Advisors, LLC is the investment manager.
