S&P gives Andeavor notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned a BBB- issue-level rating to Andeavor's proposed senior unsecured notes due 2028 and 2048.

The corporate credit rating is BBB- and the outlook is stable.

The company intends to use net proceeds of the offering to reduce borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
