BlackRock International Fund eligible underlier for BlackRock Prepared

San Diego, Oct. 24 - BlackRock Funds II announced that effective immediately, the BlackRock International Fund has been added as an eligible underlying fund for the BlackRock Prepared portfolios.

The affected portfolios are the BlackRock Aggressive Growth Prepared Portfolio, the BlackRock Conservative Prepared Portfolio, the BlackRock Growth Prepared Portfolio and the BlackRock Moderate Prepared Portfolio, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investment management company is based in New York.
