Moody’s rates CapitaLand notes A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a senior unsecured rating of A3 to the HK$755 million of 4.85% 10-year notes issued by CMT MTN Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust.

The notes are guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd. in its capacity as a trustee of CICT.

CICT will use the proceeds to refinance borrowings.

The outlook is negative.
