Concord, N.H., April 19 – Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust issued S$208 million of 3.468% green fixed-rate notes due 2029 (A3), according to an announcement on Tuesday.
The notes were issued by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd., trustee of Ascendas, and issued under the company’s S$7 billion euro medium-term securities program.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. was the lead manager and bookrunner for the offering.
Proceeds will be used toward financing or refinancing eligible projects undertaken by Ascendas REIT and its subsidiaries.
Listing for the Regulation S notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective April 20.
Ascendas is a business and light industrial real estate investment trust in Singapore.
