Wind Tre to prepay senior term loan, revolving facility on Aug. 20

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 7 – Wind Tre SpA delivered a prepayment and cancellation notice in relation to its senior term loan and revolving credit facility.

The prepayment is expected to occur on Aug. 20, according to the notice.

The company also issued notices of redemption for four series of its notes. The redemptions are also set to occur on Aug. 20.

Wind Tre is an Italian telecommunications company.
