Chicago, Sept. 25 – Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile, or Codelco, priced $2 billion of 10-year and 30-year notes, according to a news release on the company’s website.
A $1.1 billion tranche of 10-year notes priced with a yield of 3.02%, or 130 basis points over Treasuries.
Additionally, $900 million of 30-year notes priced with a yield of 3.71%, or155 bps over Treasuries.
The notes were four-times oversubscribed from more than 250 investors.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., JP Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Scotiabank were the bookrunners.
Codelco is a Santiago, Chile-based copper mining company.
