New York, July 24 – Women’s Care Florida is scheduled to hold a bank meeting at 10:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch $205 million of credit facilities, according to a market source.

Citizens Bank and Antares Capital are the leads on the deal.

The facilities consist of a $30 million revolver and a $175 million first-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the buyout of the company by Lindsay Goldberg LLC.
