Blackhawk Capital retains Sanders Morris Harris for $5 million placement

Des Moines, Nov. 2 - Blackhawk Capital Group BDC, Inc. plans to conduct a private placement with credit investors for $5 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sanders Morris Harris Inc. has agreed to act as placement agent.

Terms of the placement were not released.
