Blackhawk hires agent to conduct private placement of securities

Knoxville, Tenn., April 14 - Blackhawk Capital Group BDC, Inc. retained John W. Loofbourrow Associates, Inc. as an agent on April 9 for a planned private placement of securities, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Blackhawk will pay the agent 10% for its services soliciting potential investors.

Blackhawk is a New York-based business development company.
