China Jinjiang Environment starts roadshow for dollar senior notes

New York, July 17 – China Jinjiang Environment Holding Co. Ltd. is beginning a roadshow on Monday for a planned offering of dollar-denominated senior notes (expected rating BB-), according to a news release.

The Regulation S deal is being led by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc as global coordinator and bookrunner.

Proceeds are earmarked for the company’s overseas waste-to-energy projects.

Application will be made to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

China Jinjiang Environment is a waste-to-energy company in China.
