SpareBank 1 Ostlandet may buy back some notes due 2024, perpetuals

Los Angeles, Aug. 30 – SpareBank 1 Ostlandet is considering repurchasing some or all of its floating-rate tier 2 notes due Dec. 10, 2024 and floating-rate perpetual tier 1 notes, according to a notice.

The buybacks are in connection with a potential issuance of up to NOK 400 million of tier 2 bonds and up to NOK 300 million of perpetual additional tier 1 bonds.

SpareBank is a specialized credit institution based in Stavanger, Norway.
