Bank of Ireland to offer euro-denominated green notes with eight-year tenor

Lexington, Ky., June 27 – Bank of Ireland Group plc is preparing to offer eight-year euro-denominated green senior notes, according to a notice.

The notes will come with seven years of call protection.

There is also an over-allotment option.

The notes are being offered by UBS AG together with the lead managers BofA Securities Inc., Citi, Davy, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley.

The issuer is based in Dublin.
