New Issue: Bank of Ireland sells $1 billion 2.029% six-year notes

Chicago, Sept. 23 – Bank of Ireland Group plc sold $1 billion of 2.029% six-year notes on Thursday, a market source noted.
The notes priced with a 110 basis points spread over Treasuries, low to spread talk in the 125 bps to 130 bps area.
The notes, which mature Sept. 30, 2027, are being offered by BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The issuer is based in Dublin.
