Black Rock Petroleum plans to conduct private placement of securities

Proceeds from offering used for oil and gas exploration, acquisition

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 10 – Black Rock Petroleum Co. will conduct a private placement of its securities, according to a 10-Q filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for oil and gas exploration and to acquire an oil and gas lease.

The private oil and gas explorer is based in Point Roberts, Wash.
