Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV to redeem six classes of notes on May 15

Olympia, Wash., April 18 – Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, Ltd./Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, LLC trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA provided notice of a proposed supplemental indenture in connection with the refinancing of six classes of secured notes.

The issuer received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem the class A-1L-R, A-2L-R, A-3L-R, B-1L-R, B-2L and B-3L notes in whole on May 15.

Under the proposed indenture, Atlas will issue class A-1L-RR, A-2L-RR, A-3L-RR, B-1L-RR, B-2-LR and B-3L-R senior notes, the proceeds of which will be used to redeem the refinanced notes.

New York-based Crescent Capital Group LP is the collateral manager.
