Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank preps dollar-denominated note offering

Lexington, Ky., March 5 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank intends to price dollar-denominated notes under the fiscal agency agreement between the bank and Citibank, NA, London Branch as fiscal agent, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Merrill Lynch International and Nomura International plc are the bookrunners.

The bank will be advised by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, while Latham & Watkins LLP will work as legal counsel for the underwriters.

Proceeds will be added to the ordinary resources of the bank.

The issuer is a Beijing-based bank.
