Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank lines up dollar-denominated deal

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 5 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will issue dollar-denominated notes under the fiscal agency agreement between the bank and Citibank, NA as fiscal agent, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

The bank intends to offer the notes through Bank of Montreal, London Branch, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Merrill Lynch International and Nomura International plc.

The bank will be advised by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, while Latham & Watkins LLP will work as legal counsel for the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be included in the ordinary resources of the bank.

The issuer is a Beijing-based bank.
