New Issue: Asian Infrastructure Bank issues second add-on to 4 3/8% notes due June 2026

Chicago, Feb. 10 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank issued a second add-on that is fungible with the 4 3/8% notes due June 11, 2026 (Aaa/AAA/AAA), according to a term sheet.

The bank issued £650 million of notes on Jan. 11, £100 million on Jan. 30 and the second add-on of £250 million on Feb. 6.

The add-on priced at 100.81 plus the interest from the original issue date.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc was the dealer for the Regulation S add-on.

The development bank is based in Beijing.
