Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to issue five-year fixed-rate notes

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 10 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank intends to sell dollar-denominated fixed-rate notes due Jan. 18, 2028, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the stabilization coordinator.

BMO, HSBC and TD Bank are the stabilization managers.

The Beijing-based bank intends to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange.
