Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank plans notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank intends to sell dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG London Branch and Toronto-Dominion Bank are the bookrunners.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is counsel to the issuer.

Latham & Watkins LLP is counsel to the underwriters.

Proceeds will be included in the ordinary resources of the Beijing-based bank.
