Asian Infrastructure plans single tranche of dollar notes

Chicago, Sept. 8 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is planning to sell a dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday morning.

The notes are non-callable.

AIIB will apply to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange.

Barclays Bank plc, Bank of Montreal, London Branch, BNP Paribas, China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd. and Toronto-Dominion Bank are working as underwriters.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is advising the issuer.

Latham & Watkins LLP is working as counsel to the underwriters.

Proceeds will be included in the ordinary resources of the bank.

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is based in Beijing.
