By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 21 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is planning a dollar-denominated notes offering via four bookrunners, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Nomura International plc are bookrunners for the SEC-registered deal.

The notes are non-callable and are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The multilateral development bank, based in Beijing, plans to use proceeds for infrastructure and development projects in Asia.
