Voya CLO 2014-4 to redeem class A-1, A-2A, A-2B, B, C notes on July 14

Columbus, Ohio, June 29 – Voya CLO 2014-4, Ltd., as issuer, and Voya CLO 2014-4, LLC, as co-issuer, will redeem five sets of notes on July 14 via a refinancing at the direction of holders of a majority of its subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed with the redemption prices listed reflecting par plus accrued interest:

• $386.75 million class A-1 floating-rate notes at a redemption price of $389,348,938.94;

• $37.6 million class A-2A floating-rate notes at a redemption price of $37,938,209.95;

• $29.75 million class A-2B fixed-rate notes at a redemption price of $30,075,018.75;

• $26.55 million class B deferrable floating-rate notes at a redemption price of $26,852,572.68; and

• $35.8 million class C deferrable floating-rate notes at a redemption price of $36,266,810.16.

The record date is June 29.

The class D notes, class E notes and subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the record date.
