New Issue: Athene sells $400 million 6.65% notes due 2033 at 300 bps spread

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 16 – Athene Holding Ltd. sold $400 million of 6.65% notes due Feb. 1, 2033 (Baa1/A-/BBB+) at 99.721 to yield 6.69% on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes priced with a spread of 300 basis points over Treasuries.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Athene is a Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company.
