Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of June 22 to June 28

Pittsburgh, June 30 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of June 22 through June 28.

Specifically, Prospect News reported TK Holdings Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, Takata Corp.’s civil rehabilitation and Sears Canada Inc.’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filing.

So far in 2017, Prospect News has reported 104 defaults, including 58 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 15 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, three each of distressed exchanges and Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, two each of recapitalizations and schemes of arrangement and one each of administrations, bankruptcies, Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, extrajudicial reorganizations, involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, notes-for-equity exchanges, missed principal and interest payments, plans of arrangement, liquidations, provisional liquidations, safeguard proceedings, civil rehabilitations and Title III filings.
