Chicago, May 17 – Investcorp Credit Management US LLC refinanced three classes of notes from the July 2017 collateralized loan obligation that lists Jamestown CLO X, Ltd./Jamestown CLO X Corp. as co-issuers, according to a notice.
The CLO now has $384 million of class A-1R senior secured floating-rate notes at Libor plus 103 basis points, $72 million of class A-2R senior secured floating-rate notes at Libor plus 165 bps and $13.37 million of class B-1AR senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Libor plus 225 bps.
The $469.37 million refinancing retains its July 17, 2029 maturity date.
The refinancing notes have an extended non-call period until Feb. 7, 2022.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the refinancing placement agent.
Investcorp continues to manage the collateral for the CLO through the end of the reinvestment period.
The investment firm has offices in London, New York and Singapore.
