Moody’s turns Kyobo view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it affirmed Kyobo Life Insurance Co.’s junior subordinated capital notes at A3(hyb) and changed the outlook to stable from negative.

“The change in outlook to stable from negative reflects Kyobo Life's steady underwriting profitability, the recent rise of the long end of the yield curve that will help the insurer to maintain stable profitability and capitalization and its strong capitalization metrics,” Moody’s said in a press release.
