Dryden 30 Senior Loan Fund noteholder wants to discuss refinancing

Tacoma, Wash., June 19 – Dryden 30 Senior Loan Fund and Dryden 30 Senior Loan Fund LLC said a holder of their subordinated notes wants to discuss potential amendments and a refinancing of the co-issuers’ outstanding notes with other subordinated noteholders.

Subordinated noteholders who wish to direct the co-issuers to effect a refinancing are asked to give their contact information to the trustee, U.S. Bank NA (dikran.terian@usbank.com).
