Ocado to redeem £25 million of 4% notes due 2024 on June 17 at 103

Morgantown, W.Va., June 6 – Ocado Group plc said it will send a notice of partial redemption to holders of its 4% senior secured notes due 2024.

Ocado plans to redeem £25 million of the notes on June 17 at 103 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

HSBC Corporate Trustee Co. (UK) Ltd. is the trustee, and HSBC Bank plc is the paying agent.

Ocado is a Hatfield, U.K.-based supermarket company.
