MP CLO IV to issue six new classes of notes via refinancing on July 25

Minneapolis, July 3 – MP CLO IV, Ltd./MP CLO IV, LLC plans to issue six classes of notes and some subordinated notes as part of a refinancing, according to a notice.

Specifically, on July 25, MP CLO IV intends to issue new class X, A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R, E-R and subordinated notes.

Proceeds will be used to redeem existing class A-1, A-2, B, C, D and E notes.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

Greenwich, Conn.-based MP CLO Management LLC is the collateral manager.
