Columbus, Ohio, June 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the common stock of HCA Healthcare, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon, plus any previously unpaid coupons, at an annual rate of 12% if the stock closes at or above its 54.48% coupon barrier on the review date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its 54.48% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
