BKN International may sell convertibles to lower interest expense

Chicago, May 28 - BKN International AG said it is considering issuing convertible bonds as one of various financing options to reduce its interest costs and raise additional liquidity.

Based in Cologne, Germany, BKN produces animated television series and movies.
