M-Brain may refinance via €15 million issue of secured bonds

Chicago, May 30 – M-Brain Oy said it is considering an issue of €15 million secured bonds.

The issue would be used to refinance the company’s €15 million of bonds due June 17, 2017, according to the company notice.

Helsinki-based M-Brain offers business intelligence and monitoring services.
