BPER to offer €500 million of seven-year covered bonds

Lexington, Ky., March 14 – BPER Banca SpA is bringing a seven-year covered bond totaling €500 million to the market, according to a notice.

Estense Covered Bond Srl will be the guarantor.

UBS Europe SE is leading the sale together with BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, Nomura plc and Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

BPER Banca is a Modena, Italy-based banking group consisting of four Italian regional commercial banks.
