Fitch rates Ziraat sukuk B-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BB-/RR4 ratings to Ziraat Katilim Bankasi AS' $500 million of senior unsecured sukuk, lease certificates, issuance, issued through Ziraat Katilim Varlik Kiralama AS.

The ratings are unchanged from the expected ratings assigned on Oct. 30.
