Sable Permian U.S. Trustee appoints committee of unsecured creditors

Pittsburgh, July 20 – Sable Permian Resources, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditor was appointed Friday by acting U.S. trustee, Henry G. Hobbs Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee is comprised of Gordon Gendler of indenture trustee UMB Bank, NA of Minneapolis; Kyle O’Neill of U.S. Well Services of Houston; Navkaran Dhindsa of Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. of Houston; Randy Friedsam of Select Energy Services, LLC of Houston; and James D. Canafax of Gravity Oilfield Services, LLC of Houston.

Sable is a Houston-based oil and gas acquisition, development and optimization company. The company filed bankruptcy on June 25 under Chapter 11 case number 20-33193.
