DBRS moves Elis outlook to positive

DBRS said it changed its trend for Elis SA to positive from stable and affirmed the BBB(low) ratings on the issuer and its senior unsecured notes.

“The trend change reflects DBRS Morningstar’s expectation that Elis’ financial performance and credit metrics will continue to improve over the next 12 to 18 months. Elis is well positioned to withstand the macroeconomic headwinds expected in 2023, owing to its resilient operating performance and demonstrated ability to manage the impact of inflationary pressures,” the agency said in a press release.
