Chicago, Sept. 13 – Elis SA sold €200 million of additional 1 5/8% senior notes due April 3, 2028 on Monday, according to a company news release.
The notes priced at 100.125 to yield 1.6%.
The notes are guaranteed by M.A.J.
The new notes will be combined with and form a single series with the previously issued €350 million notes, which were originally issued on Oct. 3, 2020.
These notes are being issued under the company’s euro medium-term note program.
The global coordinator is BNP Paribas. In addition to BNP Paribas, bookrunners are BBVA, Deutsche Bank and Natixis.
Elis is a Saint-Cloud, France-based provider of work uniforms and related services.
