New Issue: Helma Eigenheimbau unit places €27 million notes through two arrangers

Knoxville, Tenn., May 18 – Helma Eigenheimbau AG said its subsidiary Helma Wohnungsbau GmbH settled a €27 million private placement of promissory notes. Sparkasse Hannover and UniCredit were joint arrangers.

The note will be guaranteed by the parent.

The company sold notes in two fixed-rate tranches with maturities of five and seven years.

Proceeds will be used for future growth.

The Lehrte, Germany, company designs and constructs new private residential buildings and houses.
