S&P revises WP CityMD Bidco view to stable

S&P said it revised the outlook for WP CityMD Bidco LLC to stable from positive and affirmed its ratings for the company, including the B- issuer rating.

“The outlook revision reflects our view that the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on WP CityMD will lead to weaker than previously projected credit measures and cash flow generation in 2020,” said S&P in a press release.
