Bi-State Development, Mo., to redeem $50 million series 2005A bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District said it has called for full redemption all $50 million of its series 2005A variable-rate subordinate mass transit sales tax appropriation bonds due Oct. 1, 2035, which were issued for the MetroLink Cross County Extension Project.

The bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 14 at par.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee and agent.

The maintenance facilities agency is based in St. Louis.
