Citibank plans autocallable CDs linked to Citi Dynamic Asset Selector

Tacoma, Wash., July 30 – Citibank, NA plans to price 0% autocallable market-linked certificates of deposit due Aug. 5, 2025 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to a term sheet.

If the index closes at or above the applicable premium threshold on any annual valuation date, the CDs will be automatically called at par plus a premium of 4% per year. The premium threshold level is 103% of the initial level.

If the CDs are not automatically called and the index finishes at or above the premium threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 24%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.

The CDs will price July 31.

The Cusip number is 17294XUA2.
