Bishop Street Government Money Market Fund to cease operations, close

Minneapolis, April 5 - The board of trustees of Bishop Street Funds has agreed to cease operations of the Bishop Street Government Money Market Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, the fund is closed to new shareholders. It is expected to cease operations and liquidate on or about June 29.

The fund's investment adviser is Honolulu-based Bishop Street Capital Management.
