New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million capped dual directional buffered equity notes on SPDR S&P Biotech

New York, Dec. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due Jan. 16, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains the payout will be par plus the ETF return capped at par plus 15.1%.

The payout will be par plus 100% of the absolute value of the ETF return if the ETF declines but by no more than the 15% buffer.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.

The securities are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
