New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.4 million capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on ETF

Chicago, Feb. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.4 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Nov. 1, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF return greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 36.9%.

If the ETF return is flat, or greater than or equal to the 85% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the ETF falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
