New York, May 2 - Adroit Resources Inc. has upsized to C$1,759,500 its previously announced C$1,630,500 private placement.
The company now plans to sell 5,865,000 units at C$0.30 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at C$0.50 for the first year and C$0.60 for the second year.
The deal priced on April 20 as a C$1,630,500 offering of 5,435,000 units.
Proceeds will be used for the development of the company's mineral properties, particularly those in Italy, as well as for working capital.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Adroit is a mineral exploration company focused on diamond, precious and base metals.
